Rules for CPOS are pretty simple.
-Be active in the army
-Be ready to do anything for CPOS
-Obey and respect superiors
-Show up at meetings and battles
And joining is pretty simple to. It’s alot easier then it used to be when we were CPSS. Leave a comment or email me this (Recommended email, lot easier and might get you a higher rank and you will get the secret pass for CPOS pages.): Your penguin name and what rank you want.
